For worldwide orders, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Sale items are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
